We recommend booking 12–18 months in advance for the best venue selection, especially during peak season (May through October). That said, we’ve successfully planned beautiful weddings in as little as 3–6 months. The earlier you book, the more choice you’ll have when it comes to châteaux, dates, and premium vendors.
Yes—really. You pay one package price that covers venue, accommodation, catering, vendors, taxes, and service charges. Before you commit, you’ll receive a complete list of everything included—vendors, items, and services—so you know exactly what you’re getting. The only optional extras? Gratuities if you’re happy with the service, and personal choices like additional guests or guest airfare.
Payments are made securely and split into clear stages tied to planning milestones. Our contracts include straightforward postponement and cancellation policies, and depending on timing, many deposits can be transferred to a new date. We also recommend wedding insurance for added peace of mind and walk you through all protection options during planning.
Absolutely. Our bilingual team is based in both the US and France, and English-speaking coordinators are on site throughout your wedding weekend. You’ll never need to navigate vendors, schedules, or last-minute questions in another language.
Seamlessly. We manage all vendor communication, contract negotiations (which we sign on your behalf), and on-site coordination in French. You have one point of contact, and we take full responsibility for every vendor included in your package—nothing gets lost in translation.
You always have a choice. Each package includes three curated options per category (chef, photographer, videographer, makeup artist, entertainment), all highly experienced, well-reviewed, and hand-selected. Why three? Because endless options lead to endless scrolling—and the feeling that something better is always out there. Spoiler: it’s not. If you still don’t connect with our picks, we’ll source alternatives within a dedicated budget for that specialist.
Yes. We offer virtual tours, detailed photo and video walkthroughs, layouts, and real wedding galleries. After initial payment, meetings with key vendors can be arranged virtually or in person. If you visit France before the wedding, we’re happy to organize site visits as well.
France has specific residency requirements for legal civil ceremonies. Most couples choose to complete a simple civil ceremony in the US, then celebrate with a symbolic ceremony in France. This allows you to focus entirely on the experience, not paperwork. We guide you through all options during your consultation.
Not at all. Many couples plan everything remotely and see their venue for the first time during their wedding week. That said, if you’d like a preview, a site visit can be a wonderful excuse for a romantic French getaway—we’ll happily arrange it.
